A Simple Technique for Natural Hair Loss Treatment?

You wake up one morning and got to the bathroom, intent on doing your morning duties so that you can get out of the door. You look into the mirror and realize, suddenly, that you no longer look like the man you remember – you look like your father. But why do you look so much older than you ever have before? Are there extra wrinkles on your face that are causing you to look older, or is there more gray appearing on your hair than you are used to having? Most men will say that the reason that they look and feel older has nothing to do with gray or wrinkles but has everything to do with losing their hair.

Striking Men All Around the World

Men all around the world lose their hair at an early age. Many believe that it is a natural part of aging, when, in fact, it is not. If you look around you will find other men who are in their 70’s, 80’s, and possibly even their 90’s who have a full head of hair. Why do they keep their hair and others who are in their 30’s begin losing their hair? It’s all due to testosterone. Yes, the very thing that makes men, well, manly, is what causes them to lose hair. The hormone known as dihydrotestosterone is an androgen, and is responsible for doing a number of things in the body, including stimulating the development of masculine characteristics in children. While this hormone is a perfectly fine one on any normal person, in some people it moves and settles in the scalp, causing the hair follicles to stop producing hair, which means that the hair that falls out is not replaced.

What to Do

There are a number of options available for those people who are looking to grow their hair back. Some are pharmaceutical, others are surgical, and some are natural. There is now a plethora of natural remedies available in almost any local department store or drug store, and the internet is filled with websites promoting natural remedies for almost anything. When it comes to hair loss treatment, however, many men claim that you don’t need a product to help you to get your hair back, just your fingers.

Scalp Massage

One way that is promoted for men to grow their hair back is scalp massage. It is claimed by many that massaging the scalp helps to stimulate blood flow, causing the hair to grow again. Is this true? Unfortunately, not really. While a massage can help to stimulate the blood flow, it does not stop the DHT from preventing the hair follicles to do their job. So while massage may help after the DHT has been taken care of, it can do nothing to help your hair grow on its own.
