Hair Loss Prevention With Lifestyle Changes

Not only are nutrient dense foods better for your overall health, they are also better for your hair health. Protein, vitamins, minerals, are all essential to keeping your entire body healthy, but certain nutrients are responsible for making your hair strong, grow well, and healthy. When you become deficient in certain nutrients, such as Zinc, protein, magnesium, B vitamins, and antioxidants, you may lose hair. Eating a diet that contains everything you need, and leaving out the high sugar foods and the greasy foods that you may love to splurge on, will help your hair follicles remain healthy and grow hair that is healthier and stronger.
  • Exercise: When you exercise, you are helping your entire body, even your hair and your scalp. With increasing your circulation, you are giving your hair follicles the nutritional support they need to grow healthy hair.
  • Taking Supplements: Taking supplements that include Saw Palmetto or Nettle Root may help prevent hair loss by blocking DHT from being produced. DHT is the hormone that causes the hair loss associated with pattern baldness and PCOS. With the extra protection offered by these natural DHT blockers, you have a much better chance of preventing hair loss from happening to you.

Preventing hair loss is possible, with the proper lifestyle changes, and making sure you are on top of your health.     i am 25 yrs old nigerian. i am expiriencing loss of hair at the front and behin my which means i am going bald which i must confess that i hate. i dont even look at the mirror any more b/cos i dont want to see it . please i need your help.
