Natural Hair Loss Treatment

You may have already discovered that you can directly apply many different concoctions to your scalp to treat hair loss the natural way, and you might even be aware that you can also try a natural hair loss remedy like hypnosis that does not actually involve you applying anything to yourself.  There are many other methods too. In fact, one other form of natural hair loss treatment that you can use is lifestyle change.  Many would argue that this is the best hair loss treatment available on the market because lifestyle change allows you to make the rest of your life better at the same time that you are trying to reverse your hair loss problem.  Lifestyle change can be used as a female hair loss treatment or a male hair loss treatment and below are some suggestions on exactly how you can get that done.

One of the ways in which hair follicles can be strengthened is to make sure that they get a lot of silica.  Silica is a mineral that is found in many rocks as well as in many foods and for that reason if you make a lifestyle change to your diet, consuming additional silica would count as a natural hair loss treatment.  Any food that you eat whole is a food that potentially contains silica.  For example, if you eat potatoes whole and include the skin in what you eat, your body will get more silica.  Similarly, cucumbers are another vegetable that has a skin rich in silica.  Most types of peppers as well as most types of sprouts will also be rich in silica.  The recurring theme here is that a lot of vegetable shells end up rich in silica because they get it from the ground when they are growing and for that reason if you eat a cucumber or potato skin instead of throwing it out, you can strengthen your hair through this natural hair loss treatment.

Another way to help yourself in the hair loss game is through making sure that you get a lot of iron.  Iron does not have a direct impact on the strength of your hair follicles in the same way that silica would, but at the same time, it can strengthen your body and allow your scalp to get stronger, increasing the adhesive power that it has over hair follicles.  In fact, if you added both silica and iron to your diet, you would be working it from both ends of the problem and there are few hair loss treatments around aside from a lifestyle change that could do that for you.  Lean meat tends to be quite high in iron and there are several other foods as well that you could get in order to do that.

If a diet change is not something you’re particularly interested in however, there is another way for you to get silica and iron into your system.  You can take dietary supplements that have those substances in them and, therefore, increase your intake of both silica and iron with just a couple of pills per day.  Don’t worry - this would also classify as a natural hair loss treatment since the supplements themselves only provide you with natural compounds.  It is better if you make the change in your diet just for the other parts of your life, but if you are not ready or able to do that, supplements can also help.
