Natural Hair Loss Treatment

If you are dealing with hair loss and are trying to make your head resemble the head of hair you used to have, you have likely stumbled upon dozens of different prescription, and herbal, medications that you can use which all claim to help you regain your natural hair. Many people, however, have never heard of using massage as a natural hair loss treatment option.

The theory behind head massage is a simple one - massage the scalp in order to enhance the blood circulation, allowing the hair to grow back. The instructions for hair loss massage are as follows:

1.      Stand straight, with your feet shoulder length apart.

2.      Breathe in and out evenly and in a relaxed manner.

3.      Bend at the waist until your head is lower than your navel.

4.      Bring your knuckles to your scalp and begin massaging all over your scalp for thirty seconds.

5.      While continuing to rub your scalp, bring your body back to the normal level.

6.      Rub for thirty more seconds after you have reached your normal stance and then remove your knuckles.

7.      Continue at least three times a day.

The big question, however, is if this actually works as a natural hair loss treatment or not. Some who have suffered from hair loss swear that this method works, but others say that they see no improvement. Many people use scalp massage in conjunction with other herbal medications, which are meant to block the DHT from causing the hair loss. This method may work well, as the herbal medication can stop the hair loss while the massage can stimulate the blood flow, helping the hair follicles to get back to their normal stasis and allowing you to grow your hair back at a much faster rate.
