Natural Remedies

Hair loss can be a difficult thing to deal with, especially if you want to try to stop it but don’t know how without using medication. Medication — both over the counter and prescription — has a long list of possible side effects, including sexual difficulty.

Did you know that there are other alternatives to treating hair loss that don’t involve using medication? Natural hair loss remedies offer the option treating your condition without creating additional problems. With all the choices you have, finding out as much information as possible about the ones you are interested in will help you decide what to try.

  • Natural hair loss supplements: Supplements for hair loss contain ingredients that have been proven to help stop the hair from falling out. Saw Palmetto Extract is used in most natural hair loss supplements and is a natural DHT blocker. Nettles, Antioxidant Vitamins, and Zinc are also commonly found in these supplements. They all promote blood flow, assist with circulation to the scalp, and offer the proper nutrients for hair growth.
  • Massage: Many people try massage treatment for hair loss. If the problem is fairly new, massage treatment might be a great way to increase the circulation, help open clogged pores, and slow or stop hair loss.
  • Aromatherapy: Using essential oils, such as Lavender or bay, with a little almond, soybean, or sesame oil and massaging it into the scalp is stimulating to the scalp and may help stimulate hair growth.
  • Exercise: When you exercise, you are increasing the blood flow throughout your whole body, even your scalp. Increased circulation in the scalp brings more nutrition to the hair follicles, making them more likely to grow healthy hair.
  • Natural hair loss shampoo: Natural hair loss shampoo offers the nutrients you need, and they go directly to your scalp. The increased amount of vitamins and minerals helps end hair loss, and the Saw Palmetto or Nettles will block DHT from the scalp, helping the hair loss to stop.

Finding the natural hair loss remedy for you may take some trial and error, but using natural means to end the hair loss may be the answer you are looking for.
