Wow, what a week. I saw Daniel again last night, and I am sure this is going to go somewhere. I think I am falling fast for him. He says the sweetest things, and treats me like a queen. I am growing more and more confident about him touching my hair, and I actually love it when he runs his fingers through it. When he first wanted to touch my hair, all I could think of was “What if a bunch of hair comes out and scares him, or worse yet, humiliates me?”
I really had nothing to worry about. My new hair growth has proven to be real hair that is strong and won’t fall out easily like that. After so many months of having my hair fall out with the slightest washing or brushing, I had to get used to it being the way it should be. Anyhow, I love it when he touches my hair now, and I also love to touch his hair.
Sally called me a couple of days ago. She has been using Provillus for about three weeks, and is just starting to notice that a lot less hair is coming out every day now. She said that she used to have to change her pillow case every morning because of all the hair on, and was always afraid to really look at it. Now, she has gone about four days without having to change it. She is already thrilled with the little bit of encouragement this gives her.
I have been thinking about my growing relationship with Daniel. I know honesty is always recommended when you think you want to develop a strong relationship. With all the problems I have had with hair loss in the past, I was thinking that if we are really getting more serious, and I think we are, I might have to eventually talk to him about my hair loss problem, even though it has come to a happy conclusion so far. I guess I will wait a while and see how it goes.
I have plans to go to the beach with Daniel over Labor Day weekend. With the way summer has been going, I have been having a blast. I am hoping that a few of my other friends can join us, and maybe we can have a great beach party, with a clam roast and everything. Daniel is going to ask some of his friends too, that way we can each meet most of the other’s friends. Wow, it really does sound like it is going somewhere, doesn’t it?
Daniel and I are getting together tomorrow night to go over the list of friends we want to invite, and all the food and other supplies we will need to shop for. I am really getting excited about this, the beach, my boyfriend, and having a great head of hair that I can be proud of. This is going to be one memorable Labor Day.
