July 11th, 2008 - Well, what might have started out as a placebo is now definite. I am seeing a genuine improvement in the hair that I have and I swear I can see the tiniest bit of new hair, too, but I might have to get a microscope out to make sure. The hair that I have is defiantly a bit thicker and a bit fuller than it was a few weeks ago. I haven’t experienced any extra hair loss since I started taking Provillus, so if the instructions can be wrong about that, why can’t they be wrong about me seeing effects in this short of time? I know I feel better, that’s for sure. I seem to have more energy every day when I roll out of bed and I’m not going to bed completely exhausted like I use to. I know that the supplements that I take as part of my Provillus treatment contain lots of vitamins and minerals that I need to be healthy. Maybe I should start taking vitamins every day along with my improved diet, who knows. Oh yeah, my diet, I haven’t written anything about that. I’m using Provillus as an excuse to improve my diet. I realized that I’m not in college anymore and I can’t keep eating like I’m 21, although my metabolism isn’t in too bad a shape. I have started eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and I’ve cut the junk food down to a once or twice a week thing. I even went out and bought a cookbook and I’m going to start learning how to make healthier meals at home. The Provillus material said that if I eat better, the stuff has a better chance to work, so why not? I don’t want to waste my money. I am going to go do my last treatment of the day and get some sleep.
