Female Hair Loss

Everyone wondered why Kelly always wore her hair in a pony tail. She had gorgeous red locks that were always pulled tight, straight back to the elastic band. During work, at her son’s football games, and even in church, Kelly wore her strawberry blonde hair in that long pony tail. Like all secrets, eventually, Kelly’s friends discovered the truth. When a co-worker stopped by unannounced, Kelly answered the door without her pony tail. In its place was very thin, straight red hair that stopped just below her ear lobes.

One of the most frustrating grooming dilemmas women around the world face is female hair loss. Often, female hair loss is genetic and many women hide the problem since they have given up on finding a cure. This leads to very low self esteem for many women. Many times, women find that if they can confront the issues that have stripped them of their self esteem, they can in turn gain healthier hair. Check the following list of triggers and see if there are any negative feelings or actions that you can eliminate from your life.

* Fear *Selfishness *Jealousy

*Addictions *Anger *Dishonesty

*Blame *Laziness *Criticism

*Arrogance *Pettiness *Lack of forgiveness

Like Kelly, you could be trying to hide your hair loss problem from the world and failing miserably. Try to dig through your emotional issues to improve your self esteem and you may just find the ability to start eliminating your hair loss problem at the same time. Coming to terms with the causes for these self esteem issues is a must. No matter what you are trying to fix, start at the beginning. Female hair loss will certainly not be the only thing you leave behind!

After sifting through her fear and anger issues, Kelly has gleaned what she feels is a new head of hair! She now styles her shoulder length red hair differently every day. She remembers her pony tail days and grimaces to herself but is determined to not allow that to happen again.
