Natural Hair Loss Treatment for Men

Hair loss can be caused by a variety of factors, including an imbalance in the body’s hormones, stress, diet, medications, major surgery or life trauma, and genetics. For men, having a father or grandfather who experienced more than normal hair loss usually indicates the genetic trait will be passed on. Do not fear, though, there are treatments available that will help this condition.

Male Pattern Baldness (MPB) is one such genetic trait that you can inherit. The technical term is Androgenetic Alopecia (androgen is a hormone). This condition typically results in a bald spot at the top of the head or a receding hairline. MPB is the most common cause of hair loss in men.

DHT is a male hormone derived from androgen. DHT stands for dihydrotestostrone. Androgen is converted to DHT by an enzyme in your body. When converted, DHT is inclined to bind hair follicles together, thereby making them grow thinner and thinner. Eventually the follicles will wither away and a bald spot will replace them.

Provillus, which contains Minoxidil, prevents DHT from continuing its destructive ways. Provillus also includes natural herbs and minerals which combine to nourish your hair follicles and make them stronger, encouraging your hair to grow healthier. Minerals and herbs are especially important if you don’t get enough proper nutrition in your daily diet.

Procerin is another natural treatment consisting of a tablet and a topical solution. It is an all-natural supplement and you do not need a prescription to purchase it. It requires daily use as it works against the harmful chemical DHT to prevent further hair loss. Procerin works best with hair that is still in the growth stage and, thus, is normally recommended for men between the ages of 18 and 35. As men age, the normal cycle of hair growth and replacement slows and tends to not keep up the pace it once did.

If you are experiencing hair loss, don’t panic. Whatever the cause for your hair loss is, you are sure to find a remedy that will help. Treatments and supplements are available. Spend a little time researching the facts and possible therapies to decide which one is going to work best for you.
